Lead a high performing team.
Increase exclusive supplier business.
Develop key customer relationships and optimize new business development opportunities.
Implement pricing strategies with Business Manager.
Responsible for stock levels of speciality food ingredients.
Identify suitable new suppliers for strategic products.
Coordinate selling through all relevant channels.
Budgeting for growth on speciality food ingredient product portfolio.
Drive new growth from FA&D Centre.
Regular reporting as required by business and customer.
Provide regular training on all new product development products from suppliers.
Technical support to Account and Technical Sales Managers and customers in the region.


Matric or NQF Equivalent.
Tertiary qualification in Food Science / related field or a Commercial qualification.
8-10 years’ Regional Manager/Professional sales experience in the Food Industry/Chemical distribution industry advantageous
Exposure to managing suppliers and principles preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven people and performance management skills
Be prepared to travel Regional and International
