Well established ingredients manufacturer has a vacancy for the abovementioned who will interact with, customers, suppliers, sales, product development, Operations and the BSBU Management Team to ensure that the collateral and other communications accurately reflect the brand of the  Business Unit.  The Marketing Co-ordinator will perform a range of administrative and marketing support duties related to the daily operations of the BSBU.  This position will be for 3 days a week Should you have any queries call Kaylin or Antoinette on 0861 FENRIS (336747).

Responsibilities:

Coordinating a wide range of integrated communication and marketing activities for the BSBU and at corporate level.
Sourcing and distribution of giveaways and other promotional items
Co-ordinating production and distribution of newsletters and other forms of communication
Development and placement of adverts with selected publications
Develop Annual Brand Plan based on BSBU strategy.
Planning and preparing for and attending tradeshows, company sponsored promotions and events
Responsible for production of business cards, product information leaflets, brochures and other such marketing-related items
Initiate and follow-through of changes regarding packaging and consult effectively with suppliers and operations team.
Interfacing and working with advertising agency and marketing suppliers to achieve specific objectives
Managing BSBU content on website and social media platforms
Plan, Manage and execute annual customer survey.
BEE champion for Social economic development for the company which includes identifying opportunities for projects, communication and execution including BEE documentation requirements.

Requirements:
Diploma / certificate in marketing.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sale and/or marketing related position.
Preferably understand the Baking and related industries.
Experience in the FMCG industry.
Effective communication skills, good coordinating abilities and good management experience in managing the marketing projects and processes.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office skills required. Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills.
Effective understanding of latest technologies and should identify how to apply them in marketing.
Basic copywriting skills and should be able to rework technical content for a wider audience.
Capability with other Creative IT solutions would be advantageous
