Responsibilities:

Maintaining customer focused sales approach.
Developing relationships with key decision makers.
Technical trouble shooting at bakery level, problem solving, resolving complaints.
Increasing sales volume and value across product categories.
Achieving profit margins.
Price negotiations and product costing.
Preparing for, and attending tradeshows.
Forecasting and planning.
Reporting on sales variances, market trends, competitor activity and opportunities.
Regional budget preparation.

Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in field of food technology /baking/sales and marketing advantageous.
Min 5 years sales experience of ingredients into bakeries/retail.
Baking experience essential.
Fully computer literate in MS Office.
Code 8 driver’s license.
Acceptance to be on call 24/7.
