Meet the Team

Antoinette Baard, Owner

I started my career in the food industry in a laboratory, and then moved into a water lab for about 6 years.  After that, I had the opportunity to shift my career to one in sales within the waste management industry, the majority of the time servicing clients who generated hazardous waste. I accepted an offer in recruitment, one that I’ll always be grateful for; it was then that I realised how fulfilling it was to make a difference.  I was able to apply my technical background to the recruitment industry, and have enjoyed specialising in recruiting for the manufacturing sector. I’m very creative, think out of the box and am solutions driven, these attributes enable me to identify with the role and to act in the best interest of both the client and candidate.

Salomie Liebenberg, Recruitment Consultant

I began my full-time career working for an Independent Association within the motor industry, in the Roadside Assistance Call Centre as a call centre agent. I progressed within the company and became the receptionist where my potential was quickly spotted and I was moved within the company to the Training Campus as the Personal Assistant to the Campus Manager. In 2009 I was head hunted by Fenris Personnel, and have thoroughly enjoyed the last three and a half years in the recruitment industry.

I have completed my APSO entrance exam, and specialise in the areas of customer service, specialist recruitment, negotiation, and creative thinking. I wake up in the morning and look forward to going to work, because there is nothing better than placing a candidate into a career that will make them happy. The feeling of achieving your target is also fantastic, and a great achievement.
